It's Always Been Tony's vision to create a Wine specifically for Lakehills. This wine is actually more sophisticated and refined than it sounds. In the spirit of the great full-bodied Chardonnays of California and Australia- our white trash wine is lush, golden, and rich. Dense, luscious, buttery aromas dance up from the glass. Flavors of tropical fruits offer an added hint of sweetness blended with a vanilla oak backing- a technique usually achieved through barrel fermentation with extended lees contact. The high alcohol (of course- it's high alcohol- what fun would it be if it wasn't?)- finished wine is smooth and mouth filling. Tamra suggests comparing to Caymus Conundrm. And yes- you get to keep the highly controversial bottle. Bottles are $26.00/each.
